David Fann

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fann is a founder and a member of the board of directors of Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. He brings to Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. a successful background as an entrepreneur with expertise in operational startup, acquisition and disposition, public company leadership & transaction structuring in addition to securing capital for growth companies. David has been involved in transaction processing, software systems and communications technologies companies. He will assist in the raising of various types of capital to fund the pending deals, projects & subsidiaries necessary for successful growth of Solar Energy Initiatives' portfolio of companies.

Michael Dodak

President

Mr. Dodak is a founder of the Company and previously served as the Treasurer, VP of Corporate Development and a Consultant to the Company. He was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for FNDS3000 Corp. (f/k/a Fundstech Corp), a public company focused on financial transaction processing in the prepaid card sector. Mr. Dodak served as a director on the board of Envortus, Inc. until July 2007. Mr. Dodak also served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Global Axcess Corp, a publicly traded company from October 2001 until September 2006 where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations. Global Axcess Corp was an independent operator and owner of automated teller machines throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Global Axcess, Mr. Dodak was Chief Executive Officer of Nationwide Money Services, Inc., an independent ATM network operator and services provider that was sold by First Data Corporation to Global Axcess Corp in July 2001. Mr. Dodak joined Nationwide Money Services, Inc. as a controller in early 1996. He assumed the various duties of a controller including the production of financial statements, budgets, and the development of the Money Services, Inc. database. In July 1997 he was promoted to CEO. From 1980 to 1985, Mr. Dodak was Vice President of Finance for Airtricity Corp, a company that developed wind parks throughout the world. He has a Bachelor of Arts and MBA degrees from the University of California Los Angeles.

Greg Bakeman

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bakeman brings more than twenty-five years of corporate and commercial finance experience to Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. including, senior management positions with private and public development stage technology companies, debt and equity capital raising, and merger and acquisition execution.  Prior to joining Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. he was CFO of one of the largest U.S. renewable energy attributes companies and before that a public company, with international divisions, where he led the development of two renewable energy systems, through prototype testing. Greg has a MBA in Finance from Grand Valley State University and B.A. in Business Administration from Michigan State University.  

Thomas A. Polich

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Polich has over 14 years of working experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry covering all aspects of solar cell devices and PV systems. His solar experience includes research and development, technology development, manufacturing, legal, finance, training and consulting, domestic and international project development system management, system design and integration, market development and sales management. Most recently he served as VP North American Development of Clairvoyant Energy, Inc. Prior to Clairvoyant, he served as Chief Administrative Officer of Skypoint Solar, Inc., and has also served as Chief Legal Officer of DayStar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ/DSTI) and Corporate Counsel for Evergreen Resources, Inc. (NYSE:EVG - News). Mr. Polich earned a J.D. from the University of Denver, College of Law.  

Chris Wirth

Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Wirth possesses over 15 years of diverse experience in sales, marketing and digital media for various fast growing large industrial and consumer businesses. Prior to joining Solar Energy Initiatives, he worked for BAE Systems optimizing international, government and domestic dealers, as well as working on Distributed Power Generation projects. Prior to BAE Systems, Chris headed Channel Marketing for Interline Brands, a leading distributor and direct marketer of building supplies to residential contractors, educational institutions, healthcare and government facilities. Originally from Silicon Valley, Chris started in Semiconductor manufacturing for PCG, Inc. (since acquired by ESCO Corporation), a Tier 1 supplier to Applied Materials, as well as marketing consulting at VML, a leading digital agency owned by WPP. Chris holds an M.B.A. from UNF and a B.A. in Marketing with a Minor in Environmental Studies from SJSU.
