Mike Dodak

Director

Mike Dodak is a founder and a member of the board of directors of Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. He will provide strategic and financial guidance & expertise to SNRY. He brings to SNRY a successful background as an entrepreneur with expertise in senior leadership positions involving public companies, operations, startup, growth and asset management. Mike has been involved in the renewable energy industries starting some 25 years ago in the areas of wind park development, turbine & related energy system products, energy production financial structures and manufacturing. Mike graduated from the Anderson School of Business at University of California in Los Angeles with an M.B.A. and received his B.A degree from UCLA in economics.

David Fann

Director 

David Fann is a founder and a member of the board of directors of Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. He brings to SNRY a successful background as an entrepreneur with expertise in operational startup, acquisition and disposition, public company leadership & transaction structuring in addition to securing capital for growth companies. David has been involved in transaction processing, software systems and communications technologies companies. He will assist in the raising of various types of capital to fund the pending deals, projects & subsidiaries necessary for successful growth of SNRY's renewable energy portfolio companies.

Pierre Besuchet

Director 

Mr. Besuchet brings a wealth of experience in the finance arena as he has held senior management positions with various banks in Geneva Switzerland including UBS SA, Banque Nationale de Paris, -Banca della Svizzera-Italiana-Geneva and Credit Suisse. He is also a director of Faisal Private Bank (Switzerland) SA, (www.faisalprivatebank.com <http://www.faisalprivatebank.com/> ). In addition Mr. Besuchet is a director of other European and U.S. companies.

Everett Airington

Director

Mr. Everett Airington has over 40 years of investing experience in the energy sector. These financings have been with both small and large established energy companies. For the last 15 years he has been a key executive of the Investment Banking Firm of RBC Capital Markets. Currently, Mr. Airington is a Senior Vice President with Milkey Ferguson Investments Inc.

Mr. Michael Gorton

Chief Executive Officer of Solar Park Initiatives

Mr. Gorton has extensive experience as a CEO, leading several companies from early stage development to successful and profitable businesses. Prior to joining Solar Park Initiatives, he was the Founder and CEO of several Internet, Healthcare and Energy companies. At TelaDoc, Inc., Gorton architected a company that changed the efficiency paradigm in healthcare by delivering physicians to patients in under an hour for less than $35 per encounter. Gorton also found founded and built Internet Global Services, Inc a business that produced the world's first DSL network and one of the first VOIP networks and a private liquidity event of $122 Million in 2001.

At Solar Park Initiatives he will execute a strategic plan, utilizing his extensive knowledge of designing and growing businesses, energy infrastructure and expertise within project based finance, to build a profitable solar park business. Mr. Gorton has been instrumental in the development work for alternative and other energy systems in the Texas marketplace since the early 1980s when he built both solar and wind generation systems. He began his career as a design engineer at Texas Utilities, Inc. During his tenure at Texas Utilities he worked in many capacities, which included projects in metering electricity, integration of alternative energy into the grid, power plants and generation including gas fired, coal and nuclear, rate analysis and dealing with the Public Utility Commission.
